Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and voice technology
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Meet daily productivity quotas while maintaining accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and tech-savviness
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
