Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and order-picking systems
- Verify product counts and quality before packaging
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check
