Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled facility
- Meet daily productivity quotas (150+ units/hour)
- Follow OSHA safety protocols strictly
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments
- Participate in weekly cycle counts
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Stand/walk for 8+ hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Reliable transportation (public transit accessible)
- Flexible availability (weekends/evenings as needed)
- Pass background check and drug screen
