Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack products for shipment using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Inspect items for quality and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized inventory storage and rotation systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking/packing
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
