Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts - training provided)
- Inspect products for quality and completeness
- Maintain organized inventory in staging areas
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Meet daily productivity targets
- Collaborate with team to ensure timely shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner training)
- Reliable transportation to Jacksonville facility
- Flexible schedule (weekends/evenings as needed)
