Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Organize and maintain clean, efficient warehouse zones
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner training provided
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
