Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation processes
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order tracking and processing
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods with frequent bending and lifting
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and push/pull up to 100 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation to our Dallas facility
