Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and scanners safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain organized and clean workstations to optimize workflow
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting processes
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid government-issued photo ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including early mornings
