Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and priority
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and packaging integrity before shipping
- Update inventory systems in real-time using handheld scanners
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or picker/packer experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
