Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision using RF scanners
- Verify product accuracy and inspect for damage before shipment
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory zones
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock replenishment
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (cool/freezer sections)
- Pass background check and drug screen
