Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from shelves and storage areas according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Verify product quantities and ensure accuracy before packaging.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to log inventory.
- Prepare and label packages for shipment, ensuring proper handling and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Ability to stand for long periods and walk throughout the warehouse.
