Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and voice-directed technology
- Operate material handling equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain organized inventory and report discrepancies
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
- Perform cycle counts and stock rotation tasks
- Assist in unloading and staging incoming shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Stamina for 8-hour shifts with standing/walking
- Attention to detail and accuracy-focused mindset
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work in varying warehouse temperatures
- Pass background check and drug screening
