Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies immediately
- Optimize order fulfillment workflow to meet daily productivity targets
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely shipment processing
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in using handheld scanning devices
