Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack orders according to specifications in a timely manner
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks and documentation
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to ensure seamless workflow
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or picker-packer experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
