Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (pallet jacks, RF scanners)
- Verify product counts and inspect items for damage before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory records and support cycle counting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid California Driver's License (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Forklift certification a plus (training provided if needed)
