Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with certification
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Load/unload shipments efficiently while maintaining workflow continuity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn RF scanner technology
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation training provided)
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (32-45°F)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation to the industrial park location
