Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing slips and warehouse protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety certification
- Verify product quality and quantities before shipment
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize inventory management software for real-time tracking
- Report equipment malfunctions or inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
