As a Picker Packer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace. No experience necessary – we provide comprehensive training!
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Organize and maintain a clean, orderly workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid California Driver's License (if operating equipment)
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Island location
