Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled zones
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
