What You'll Do: Safely select and pack orders, maintain inventory accuracy, operate warehouse equipment (training included), and collaborate with a fun team. All physical tasks – no prior warehouse experience needed!
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect products for quality and completeness
- Organize warehouse inventory in designated zones
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Meet daily productivity targets
- Communicate with supervisors about inventory discrepancies
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Willingness to work flexible shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
