Responsibilities
- Select and gather products from shelves based on customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inspect items for quality control and packaging them securely to ensure safe transit.
- Label packages accurately and prepare them for shipping and loading.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to comply with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure order fulfillment targets are met daily.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for scanning barcodes and verifying order details.
- Reliable transportation to the Phoenix facility.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a dynamic, fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
