Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency to meet daily production targets.
- Verify product quantities and conditions against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials (boxes, tape, bubble wrap) to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and RF scanners as required.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during inbound and outbound operations.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for counting, verifying, and checking inventory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
