Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Select merchandise from shelves and pack it securely for shipment using appropriate materials.
- Order Accuracy: Verify order details against picking lists to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified).
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage before packaging and shipping.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform repetitive motion tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
