Responsibilities
- Retrieve items from shelves and storage areas based on pick tickets or customer orders.
- Accurately pack items into boxes, ensuring proper wrapping and labeling.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and organizing pallets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (if certified).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Update inventory systems and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and strength.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for immediate consideration.
