Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Label, sort, and stage shipments for timely dispatch
- Maintain organized inventory records using WMS software
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months+ warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and tech-savvy mindset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
