Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to packing lists and warehouse protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory areas
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation to warehouse locations
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends if required)
- Valid government-issued ID and social security card
