Responsibilities
- Accurately select and pack products using RF scanners and order sheets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Inspect items for quality and damage before shipping
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with shipping team to meet daily targets
- Label and stage shipments for carrier pickup
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to 7am-4pm shifts
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Team player with strong communication skills
