Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and handheld devices
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock checks
- Label and sort packages according to destination codes
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and warehouse protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to DC warehouse locations
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (early morning/late evening)
- Pass background check and drug screening
