Job Overview:
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals to manage the picking, packing, and shipping processes within our state-of-the-art warehouse facility. If you are reliable, hardworking, and looking for a full-time position with a reputable company, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Retrieve, verify, and accurately pick products from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Pack items securely to ensure safe transit, utilizing appropriate packaging materials and techniques.
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies or quality issues immediately to the team lead.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified), to move inventory efficiently.
- Update inventory systems in real-time to ensure accurate stock levels and order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, as business needs require.
