Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to pick tickets and order numbers.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items are properly packaged to prevent shipping damage.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail stocking is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to read labels, follow instructions, and maintain high accuracy rates.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
