Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise from storage areas based on customer orders.
- Package items securely to ensure safe transit and handle returns appropriately.
- Inspect products for quality and report any damages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to comply with safety regulations.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
