Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to pick tickets and packing lists
- Operate warehouse equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) safely
- Inspect products for quality and completeness before shipment
- Scan items using barcode scanners for inventory tracking
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and aisles
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte, OH facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with occasional lifting up to 70 lbs
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
