Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Inspect products for quality and ensure proper packaging for safe transit
- Maintain organized inventory and update warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Report inventory discrepancies and operational issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification if needed
