Your Responsibilities

• Retrieve merchandise from storage shelves and pick items based on customer orders.
• Verify order accuracy by cross-referencing packing slips and product descriptions.
• Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including handheld scanners and pallet jacks, to maintain efficiency.
• Keep the work area organized and clean to adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and accuracy goals.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours) on concrete floors.
• Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required for this role.
