Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF devices.
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packaging to ensure high-quality delivery standards.
- Verify order accuracy by cross-checking packing slips and product labels.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (when certified).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and moving items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
