Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer orders and company standards.
- Verify item descriptions, quantities, and quality before packaging to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to log inventory efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as required during peak periods.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, picking, or packing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
