Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select items from shelves and pack them into boxes according to customer orders and safety guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels within the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, or forklifts (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse protocols at all times.
- Organization: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when picking items to ensure correct orders.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, consistent, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using handheld scanners or basic computer interfaces.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
