Job Overview
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and packed efficiently for timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Select and gather products from the warehouse shelves according to pick tickets and barcodes.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information and postage.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours/day).
- Basic math skills for counting and measuring inventory.
- Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and reduce errors.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
