Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and damages before packaging.
- Label, wrap, and prepare shipments for timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse machinery safely.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure warehouse targets are met daily.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation and valid ID.
