Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Retrieve merchandise from storage areas and accurately pack items according to customer order slips and safety guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging is secure and properly labeled.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.
- Overtime Support: Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, to meet peak business demands.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: A consistent work history and the ability to show up on time and ready to work.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy to minimize errors in order fulfillment.
