Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and ensure proper packaging before shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification available upon hire).
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Verify shipping documents and labels to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for scanning labels and operating scanners.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- No prior warehouse experience necessary; we train the right candidates.
