Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Scanning items and ensuring correct labeling on packages to prevent shipping errors.
- Moving inventory using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts (forklift certification provided if needed).
- Inspecting products for quality control and identifying any damage before shipment.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area to adhere to OSHA standards.
- Processing returns and assisting with stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate barcode scanners.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize picking errors.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
