Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately select merchandise from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and pack items securely in appropriate boxes.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure all products meet our quality standards before shipping.
- Inventory Management: Scan barcodes and maintain accurate records of stock movement using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor, aisles, and workstations clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment as required by the shift.
- Adherence to Safety: Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly; comfortable standing for long periods.
- Basic Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Reliability: Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
