Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves according to order slips and pick lists, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packing and labeling items for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified), to move heavy loads safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Sort, stack, and organize inventory in designated storage areas.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift changes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours per day).
- Basic math skills for accurate order verification.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
