Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products according to customer orders with high accuracy.
- Verify item quantities against packing slips to ensure order correctness.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials and labeling.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Load and unload pallets or boxes onto delivery vehicles as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not strictly required).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston facility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
