Responsibilities
- Select and pack merchandise from warehouse shelves based on customer orders with high accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure they are properly wrapped and secured.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to update inventory logs in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload pallets or trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow remains smooth and uninterrupted.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or high school diploma required—just a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to follow scanning instructions and safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston facility.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
