Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack items according to customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Verify product quantities and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Label, weigh, and prepare packages for shipping using appropriate materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanners or RF guns.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting.
