Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse equipment.
- Quality Control: Verify that all items are correct, properly labeled, and securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep workstations, aisles, and storage areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as trained.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic.
