Responsibilities
- Select and verify products from the warehouse floor based on digital pick lists.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to ensure safe delivery.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure strict safety compliance.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily shipping targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly without assistance.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
