Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and pick tickets with high accuracy.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to safety and health standards.
- Sort, label, and prepare parcels for shipping.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate weighing and counting of merchandise.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
